RESULTS: Over $11M in red exes overtime costs. More than a decade of strategic insight for senior leadership in the command, support for strategic plan development in other organizations within the command, participate in, and lead projects requiring scientific inquiry, data mining, and co-mingling of disparate data sources to create organization insights and predictive analytics. Led the first ever Air Force Reserve Command/Air Mobility Command command-to-command agreement: resulted in improved organization effectiveness and communication between two key air mobility partners within the Air Force. Developed, deployed, and validated the first individual resiliency scale within the command.

RESULTS: Developed a standard position description for process improvement managers across a 70K person organization. Created standard work for those improvement experts across the command. Created a support network for internal practitioners within the headquarters.

Managed funding for over $7M in employee development and internal training programs aimed at improving overall organization effectiveness and employee experiences within the Air Logistics Complex. Developed internal controls to ensure fiduciary compliance and responsibility.
